DOES NOIR BEAUTE COSMETICS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Of course! Noirbeautecosmetic.com ships internationally to 100+ countries.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?
We aim to restock every friday, but restock dates vary depending on product availability. We will try our best to replenish stock as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can do in the meantime: Sign up for an email alert by going to the specific product page and clicking the “Email me when in stock” button. When that must-have item is back in action, you’ll be the first to know.
HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

WHERE CAN I FIND THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We get it, you want your products as soon as you can get them: Find the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under My Account. Please note that the Order History will not be updated until the product(s) have shipped.
MY ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM
We might not have had all of the desired items in stock when your package was shipped. If this is the case, the shipping confirmation email should tell you which products might still be outstanding and awaiting shipment. If a product does not get shipped, of course you will not be charged for it. If you have any more questions or concerns, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Have your order number ready, and let us know which products you are missing.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT?
To register for a Noir Beaute account, you just need to provide your name, email address, and password. Don’t worry about filling out the rest of your account information right away—shipping, billing, and address can be provided later. Once registered, you can check out your order status, order history, and manage your account.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY LOGIN E-MAIL ADDRESS OR PASSWORD?
You can change your login email address and password by clicking on "My Information" within your account. Please note that your email subscriptions will be sent to your new email address and any emails related to the order will go to the email address provided at checkout.
I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You will then be prompted to enter your E-mail address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an E-mail notification with a link to reset your password. DOES NOIR BEAUTE COSMETICS TEST ON ANIMALS?
Never. Noir Beaute Cosmetics is a cruelty-free brand. We never test products or ingredients on animals, nor do we allow suppliers or affiliates to conduct testing on our behalf.
ARE WE VEGAN?
Noir Beaute Cosmetics is cruelty-free and never tests on animals, nor do we allow suppliers or affiliates to conduct animal testing on our behalf. While the majority of the products are free of animal byproducts, Noir Beaute is not considered a vegan line: A handful of our products may contain ingredients of animal origin, such as beeswax and carmine. For information on specific products, please refer to the Ingredients tab on the product pages.
ARE WE GLUTEN-FREE
Your health and safety is important to us—we know how serious gluten allergies can be. Noir Beaute products are formulated without gluten-derived ingredients; however, due to the manufacturing process, we cannot confirm that our products are free from any traces of gluten. If you have concerns regarding gluten, please ask your doctor.
